MISHAWAKA - Dorothy B. Phillips, 71, of Seminole, Fla., formerly of Mishawaka, died Thursday at Bay Front Medical Center, St. Petersburg, Fla. Mrs. Phillips was born Dec. 18, 1919, in South Bend and lived in Mishawaka for 39 years.

On Christmas Eve, 1939, in Des Moines, Iowa, as Dorothy Bullard, she married Cecil E. Phillips. He survives with three daughters, Sandra Witkowski of Granger, Patricia Phillips of Largo, Fla., and Nancy Denton of St. Petersburg; six grandchildren; two greatgrandchildren; and two brothers, Irvin Bullard of South Bend and Wilbur Bullard of Orange, Calif.

Services will be Monday at Open Bible Tabernacle Church, St. Petersburg. Entombment will be at All Faith Memorial Gardens, St. Petersburg. All Faith Funeral Chapel, St. Petersburg, is in charge of arrangements.
