William B. Townsley

William B. Townsley, 65, of 114 S. Ironwood Drive, died at 7:19 a.m. Tuesday in St. Joseph's Medical Center. Townsley retired in 1982 as a salesman for Sprague Devices, Michigan City. He was born Jan. 5, 1920, in Logansport, Ind., and lived in South Bend most of his life.
On Aug. 29, 1941, in Gary, he married Dorothy Zec, who survives. Also surviving are a son, John Lee Townsley of Gaithersburg, Md.; and two grandchildren.
Private memorial services will be later. Cremation will take place. Forest G. Hay Funeral Home, 435 S. Ironwood Drive, is in charge of arrangements.
