Otha M. (Feldman) Rupe

EAU CLAIRE - Otha Marie (Toni) Rupe, 73, of 54767 Highland Drive, died Tuesday afternoon in her home after an illness. Mrs. Rupe was born March 4, 1921, in Nappanee.

On Aug. 12, 1939, in Angola, Ind., she married Maurice Rupe. He died June 18, 1971.

Surviving are two daughters, Claudia Mares of Camarillo, Calif., and Robin Lynne Hamer. of Eau Claire; three grandchildren; and a sister, Lois P. Heitger of Sun City Center, Fla.

She was a member of Silvercreek United Methodist Church, its Woman's Society, Dowagiac Elks 889 Antlerettes, Dowagiac Business & Professional Women's Club, Indian Lake Improvement Association, and Order of Eastern Star 263, Dowagiac.

Services will be at 9 a.m. Friday in Mission Hills Memorial Gardens, Sumnerville. Burial will follow. Friends may call from 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday in McLauchlin-Clark Funeral Home.
