Lillian (Dentler) Minges: retired administrator

Lillian Dentler Minges of Ossining, a retired office administrator in the Chappaqua Central School District, died Thursday at Northern Westchester Hospital Center in Mount Kisco. She was 74. She was born Feb. 21, 1922, in South Bend, Ind., to Clark and Esther Beaudry Dentler. She was an Ossining resident for 14 years. Before that, she lived in Chappaqua; Charleston, W.Va.; and South Bend.

On Oct. 23, 1943, she married William J. Minges in South Bend. After her retirement from the Chappaqua school system, Mrs. Minges consulted at the American Institute of Chemical Engineers/CCPS in New York.

In addition to her husband of Ossining and her mother of South Bend, she is survived by a son, William Clark Minges of Somonauk, Ill.; two daughters, Mary Minges Schwartz of Doylestown, Pa., and Ann Minges Auburn of Norfolk, Conn.; and a grandchild.
