SOUTH BEND - Ralph F. Curl, 70, of Pleasant Lake, Ind., formerly of South Bend, died at 5:55 p.m. Tuesday in his home. Mr. Curl had retired from the Bendix Corp. after 34 years of service.

He was born Oct. 16, 1919, in South Bend and lived in South Bend until 1977.

On June 8, 1946, in South Bend, he married Donna N. Marlow. She survives with a daughter, Cherie L. Dick of Hamilton, Ind.; a son, Michael W. of Pleasant Lake; six grandchildren; three great children; and a brother, Louis M. of Portage.

He was a member of American Legion Post 50 and a veteran of World War II.

Services will be at 1 p.m: Friday in the Riverview Cemetery mausoleum. Burial will follow. Friends may call from 3 to 7 p.m. today at Hol Palmer Funeral Home, 2528 Mishawaka Ave.
