APEX — Max Joseph Grams, Jr., 84, of Apex died Saturday, August 14, 2004 at The Laurels of Chatham, Pittsboro. A funeral service will be held 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, August 17, 2004 at Apex Funeral Home Chapel.

He is survived by Helen Grams and their daughters, Jackie Austin and her husband, Warren of Lexington, KY, and Mary Jo Ahler of Apex; grand-daughter, Jenny Ahler of Apex.

The family will receive friends 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
