William Charles Bungert

William Charles (Bill) Bungert of Winter Springs passed away Friday, December 1, 2006. He was born Feb. 28, 1921 in California. A veteran of the Navy during WWII, he was a graduate of Kalamazoo College and also attended Colgate and Columbia Universities. He received his Masters and PHD from Western Reserve Univ. in Cleveland, OH. He retired as the Dean of the College of Lake Sumter Community College in 1984.
He is survived by his loving wife, Mary; two children, John and Nancy; and his brother, John and Donna Bungert and their family.
A memorial service will be held at Baldwin-Fairchild Funeral Home, Oviedo Chapel. The memorial service will be at 1PM on Monday Dec. 4th, 501 E. Mitchell Hammock road, Oviedo. In lieu of flowers, please make a donation in the memory of William Bungert to your favorite charity.
