SOUTH BEND - Avis G. Davis, 94, 1942 graduate of South Bend Memorial Hospital School of Nursing, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and friend, passed away peacefully March 11, 2016 in Naples, FL.

Preceded in death by her loving husband of 70 years, Theodore O. Davis, she is survived by three daughters, Julie Metz and family, Ellen Kamysz (Rich) and family, and Lynn Gray (Fred) and family.

Services will be held at a later date in South Bend. Memorial contributions may be made to Holy Trinity Lutheran Church, 51900 May ower Rd., South Bend, IN 46628.
