Jeanette (Tarwacki) Hicks

Jeanette Hicks, 29-year-old wife of Marvin T. Hicks, of 908 South Mitchell, died Monday evening Memorial Hospital in South Bend. She been hospitalized at Bloomington Hospital before returning to her former home in South Bend.

Mrs. Hicks had been seriously ill the past three weeks. Mrs. Hicks was a representative of the H. D. Lee Uniform Company.

Others surviving are two children, Jimmie Hicks, age 4, and Deborah Hicks, age 1 and the parents.

The couple moved to Bloomington three years ago. Mrs. Hicks was a member of Tri Kappa, the St. Charles Catholic Church, and was past president of the Newcomers Club. Funeral services will be held at 9 a.m. Friday at the St. Hedwig Catholic Church in South Bend
