WALTER E. "TOM" STRANG JR., 76, John Anderson Drive, Ormond Beach, died Tuesday, March 10. Mr. Strang y was retired from Briley Wild & Associates, Ormond Beach. He was former city manager for Belle Glade and former consultant for Ormond Beach.

Born in South Bend, Ind., he moved to Central Florida in 1961. He was a life member of the Elks Club, Ormond Beach. He was a member of Masonic Lodge 326, Ormond Beach, and American Public Works Association. He was active with the Jaycees. He was an Army veteran.

Survivors: son, Walter E. III, Holly Hill; daughters, Pruett, Salem, Ala., Christine Zattolo, Astor; three grandchildren; one great-grandchild. Dale Woodward Funeral Home, Holly Hill
