Herbert Carl Olston
Herbert Carl Olston, of 1257 Longfellow Ave., died at 8 p.m. Monday, Dec 31, 1956, in St. Joseph Hospital after three days' illness. He was born in Fort Dodge, Iowa, June 4, 1921, and came to South Bend 25 years ago.
He married Miss June Mann on June 22, 1946, Besides his widow he is survived by his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Herbert A. Olston Sr., of South Bend; and one brother, Rev. Gordon R. Olston, of Milwaukee, Wis.
He was a member of the Cathedral of St. James, the Junior Chamber of Commerce and veteran of World War II. The body is in the Forest G. Hay Funeral Home
