Theresa Mroczkiewicz Arelt, aged 27, of 2509 West Monroe street, died at 7:10 p. m. Thursday in her home after four months' illness.

Born in South Bend Sept. 27, 1920, she was married on Sept 24, 1947, in St. Stanislaus' Catholic church by Rev. Casimir F. Grabarz, C.S.C., to Thad Arelt, who survives. Also surviving are her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Stephen Mroczkiewicz; two sisters, Mrs. Lottie Gress and Mrs. Bertha Mroczkiewicz, and three brothers, Clement, Thad and Stephen, Jr.

Friends may call in the home after 2 p. m. Saturday. Funeral services will be conducted at 9 a. m. Monday in St. Adalbert's Catholic church by Rev. Ignatius J. Gapczynski, pastor. Burial will be in St. Joseph Polish cemetery.
