Donald C. Lewis Age 84, of Columbus, and formerly of Indianapolis, IN, passed away Tuesday, April 12, 2005 at home with his wife and daughter by his side. Veteran of WWII. Retired from MacCollum Paper. Preceded in death by parents, Albert and Capron Lewis and brother, Albert P. Lewis, Jr.
Survived by loving wife of 61 years, Vera Fox Lewis. Daughter, Diana G. (Steve) Iles; Grandsons, Josh, Todd and Shawn Iles.
Graveside service and burial will be held 1:00 p.m. Friday, April 15, 2005 at Blendon Central Cemetery, corner of Dempsey & Hempstead Roads. Pastor John Zimmerman officiating. In lieu of flowers, friends may contribute, to Mt. Carmel Foundation, c/o Mt. Carmel Hospice, 1144 Dublin Road, Columbus, OH 43215 or to a charity of your choice.
