Robert J. LeFavour

Robert J. LeFavour, of Sandy Springs died Wednesday, December 2, 1992, in Santa Monica, Ca., following an extended illness. Mr. LeFavour, 71, moved to Atlanta in 1950 and has been a Manufacturer's Representative in the furniture industry for more than 40 years. For 30 years he represented Bassett Furniture Industries in Georgia.
A native of Indiana, Mr. LeFavour was a graduate of Indiana University where he was a member of the Sigma Chi Fraternity. He served as a Naval Officer in World War II on the Staff of Admiral William (Bull) Halsey in New Caledonia.
He will be interred in Kennesaw Memorial Park Cemetery. A member of Peachtree Presbyterian Church, Mr. LeFavour's Memorial Service will be held there on Monday, December 14, 1992 at 2:00 p.m.
Survivors are his wife, Jane S. LeFavour; a daughter, Sally Pecqueur and son-in-law, Andre J. Pecqueur, and two grandchildren, Anne and Scott Wiley, of Acworth; and a son, Jimmy LeFavour of Santa Monica.
