Ervin Junial "Jim" Lee

SOUTH BEND - Ervin J. "Jim" Lee, 70, of 1217 N. Wilbur St., died at 6:50 a.m. Saturday in Memorial Hospital. He was, a plant security officer at Bendix Corp. for 33 years, retiring in 1983.
Born April 24, 1920, in Beech Creek, Ky., he had lived in the area since 1925.
On April 27, 1941, in South Bend, he married Adele K. Skodinski. She survives with two sons, Larry W. of Spokane, Wash., and Barry R. of Huntington Beach, Calif.; and four grandchildren.
Mr. Lee was a graduate of the former South Bend Central High School. He was active for 40 years in Tri-Valley Boy Scouts of America and was recipient of the Order of the Arrow and Silver Beaver Award. He was a master of origami-kiregami and was a World War II Army veteran.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Monday in St. Paul's Lutheran Church, of which he was a member. Burial will be at Highland Cemetery. Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. today at Welsheimer Home, 521 N. William
