Dorothy L. (Goron) Fuller

MISHAWAKA - Dorothy L. Fuller, 76, of Grape Road, Mishawaka, Ind., died at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, Dec. 11, in Hospice House, South Bend, Ind. She was born on Oct. 29, 1921, in Granger, Ind., and was a lifelong area resident.
As Dorothy Goron, she married James Countryman in South Bend. He preceded her in death in 1957.
On Dec. 16, 1972, in South Bend, as Dorothy Countryman, she married Raymond Fuller, who survives. She is also survived by a daughter, Jane Countryman of South Bend; a stepdaughter, Karen Koontz of Fort Wayne, Ind.; a son, Larry Countryman of Aurora, Colo.; five grandchildren; and by a sister, Irene Hoglan of Goshen, Ind.
Mrs. Fuller was a secretary for the Department of Children's Welfare and was the former owner of Dorothy's Beauty Salon. She was a member of the Evangel Heights United Methodist Church and American Turners.
Services will be at 10 a.m. on Monday in the Evangel Heights United Methodist Church. Friends may call from 2 to 6 p.m on Sunday in the Welsheimer Funeral Home North, 17033 Cleveland Road. Burial will be in Southlawn Cemetery. The family has requested that memorial contributions be made to Hospice of St. Joseph County, 111 Sunnybrook Court, South Bend, IN 46637; or to the Evangel Heights United Methodist Church, 114 N. Ironwood, South Bend, IN 46615; or to the charity of donor's choice.
