Frank Collmer, 81, of 409 Edgewood, Lebanon, formerly of South Bend, died at 2:45 p.m. Tuesday in the Oak Park Manor nursing home, Lebanon, after an extended illness. Collmer was the former president and treasurer of the Indiana Lumber Co.

Born on April 8, 1895, in South Bend, he had lived here until 1971, when he moved to Lebanon. In 1925.

She was married on June 14, 1919, in South Bend, he married Emma Hunt, who died in 1955. On Nov. 8, 1956, in Chicago, he married Freda Turner, who survives. Also surviving are two nieces, Mrs. Joseph L. Miller Jr. of Indianapolis and Mrs. Edward King of Perrysburg, Ohio.

Friends may call after 2 p.m. Thursday in the Welsheimer Funeral Home, 521 N. William.

Collmer was a member of the South Bend Builders Bowling Association and a World War I veteran
