Evelyn M. (Longenecker) Ritter

Evelyn M. Ritter, 85, of Noblesville died Thursday, June 9, 1994, in Harbour Manor Care Center at Noblesville. Mrs. Ritter was a retired personnel director for the Civil Service. She had lived in Noblesville since 1990. She was born May 11, 1909, at South Bend to William H. Longeneker and Ellen Mac Weber. She was a longtime member and past president of the American Women's Business Association.

She is survived by a son, William J.Ritter of Noblesville, and four grandchildren, Daniel Ritter, Christopher Ritter, Michael Ritter and Jessica Ritter, all of Noblesville.

She was preceded in death by a son, Richard W. Ritter, in 1973.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Monday at Hollis-Orvis-Palmer Funeral Home at Sound Bend. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery at Mishawaka. Calling will be from noon to 2 p.m. Monday. Memorial contributions may be made to the Matthew Klink Memorial Scholarship, c/o Noblesville High School, Attn: Jack Ford, 300 N. 17th St., Noblesville, IN 46060.
