Rudolph "Rudy" Summers nee Nyari

Rudolph "Rudy" Summers, 85, of Lincoln City, died Tuesday, Nov. 17, 1998

He was born Nov. 29, 1912, in South Bend, Ind., to Stephen and Regina Summers. He grew up in South Bend and attended schools there.

He married Ruth Weeks Dec. 29, 1940. She survives at the family home. They moved to Lincoln City after retirement from the restaurant business in 1974 from Glendora, Calif. He was in the restaurant business all his life, as his parents had been.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by a brother, Steve Nyari Summers  and wife Clara of South Bend and their daughter Dorothy; nieces, nephews and spouses, Starr and Mike Fernandez of Lawrenceville, Ga., formerly of Seagrove at Gleneden Beach, Robert and Georgia Boggs and Ron and Lorraine Boggs.
