Helen Emma (Ollmann) Taylor

Helen E. Taylor, 69, of 1810 E. Donald, died Monday in St. VIncent’s Hospital, Indianapolis. She was ill a short time. She was born on April 8, 1909, in South Bend, and lived here all her life.

On Sept., 1, 1928, she married Henry Taylor in South Bend. He survives along with a daughter, Mrs. Janice Jones of Rockford, Mich.; three grandchildren; a sister, Mrs. Edward VanHulle of South Bend, and two brothers, Charles Ollman of South Bend and Richard Ollman of Bargersville, Ind.

Services will be at 2:30 p.m. Thursday in the Hollis-Palmer Funeral Home, 2528 Mishawaka Ave. Rev. Donald I. Kaufman, pastor of Zion United Church of Christ of which she was a member, will officiate. Burial will be in Riverview Cemetery. Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday in the funeral home.

She was a member of the Helena Rebekah Lodge 72 and Chapter 2 Order of the Eastern Star.
