BETTY LOU FISHER, 76, of Zephyrhills, died Monday at home. A native of South Bend, Ind., she moved to this area 18 years ago from Union, Mich. She was a medical secretary and a member of the Chancey Road Christian Church.

She is survived by her husband, William M.; a son, Joel of New Port Richey; a daughter, Julie Ann Maxwell of Walkerton, Ind.; and six grandchildren.
