RINKEL, Henry Howard Age 62, Jeffersonville, Ind., died July 15, 1983, Jewish Hospital in Louisville. He was retired chief of personnel, U.S. Corps. of Engineers.
Survivors include his wife, Carolyn Laird Rinkel; 2 daughters, Kathy Dycus, New Orleans; Marilyn Roberts, Jeffersonville; a stepdaughter, Margaret Shea, Jeffersonville. 6 grandchildren.
Services will be at 2 pm Sun. at Wall Street United Methodist Church, Jeffersonville, with burial Mon. in Woodlawn Cemetery, Auburn, Ind. Visitation will be at the Scott Funeral Home, Jeffersonville, after 2 pm Sat. Expressions of sympathy should take the form of contributions to the American Cancer Society.
