Henrietta Dorothy (Nowak) Sinka

Services for Henrietta Sinka, 63, of 612 N. Wenger, who died at 4:30 a.m. Friday in her home after an unexpected illness, will be at 10 a.m. Monday at St. Monica's Catholic Church. Rev. Thaddeus Kwak, pastor, will officiate. Cremation will follow. Friends may call from 6 to 9 p.m. Sunday in ThallemerGoethals Funeral Home, were a rosary will be recited at 7:30 p.m.

She was born on July 9, 1919, in South Bend and lived in this area all her life.

On Aug. 1, 1942, in South Bend, as Henrietta Nowak, she married Joseph Sinka, who survives. Also surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Rebecca Shannon of South Bend and Miss Mary Jo Sinka of Mishawaka; a grandchild; and two sisters, Mrs. Matilda Stachowski and Mrs. Virginia Rebaska, both of South Bend.

She was a member of St. Monica's Church. Memorial contributions may be made to the church.
