Frances A. (Lehman) Bueche

Frances A.(Lehman) Bueche, 84, of Pleasant Street, South Bend, Ind., died Monday evening, Jan. 5, in the Saint Joseph Regional Medical Center. Frances was born June 6, 1919, in Gary, Ind., to Oscar and Minnie (Gonyca) Lehman, who preceded her in death along with two sisters, Eleanor Hartman and Ruth Meldrum; and seven brothers, Leonard, Emerson, Paul, Darwin, Darrow, Robert and William.

On Sept.1, 1945, in St. Patrick’s Catholic Church, South Bend, she married Louis C. Bueche, who died Oct. 30, 1990. Surviving is a daughter, Dianne L.(James) Shevetz of South Bend; and a brother, Roy “Gene” Lehman of Osceola, Ind.

Private memorial Mass will be held at a later date.There will be no visitation.

Frances was a member of St. Anthony de Padua Catholic Church, and was a graduate of South Bend Central High School, class of 1937. Memorials my be made to the charity of donor’s choice. The HICKEY Funeral Home, 3516 E. Jefferson is in charge of arrangements.
