Louise Mary (Kwitek) Smith

Louise Mary Smith, 94, passed away at 9:15 am on Friday, August 10, 2012, in her residence surrounded by her family. Louise was born May 10, 1918, to the late Jacob and Theresa (Szymanowski) Kwitek. Louise married James D. Senour Sr., who preceded her in death. Louise was also preceded in death by her second husband, Carl Smith, who preceded her in death in 1981; and by her brother, Ben Kwitek; and sister, Peggy Bridgewater.

Louise is survived by her son, James (Marilyn) Senour Jr. of South Bend; grandchildren, Jimmy (Carol) Senour III, Jon Senour, Joshua Senour and Sarah Senour; brother, Stanley (Tess) Kwitek of Chicago; three great-grandchildren, Ashley (Brad) Sherman, Stephanie Senour and Melanie Senour; and one great-great-grandson, Carson. She is also survived by her nephew, Walter (Merry) Bridgewater, and niece, Kathy (Rich) Mountford.

Louis was secretary for the Bendix Corporation and 3M, retiring in the early 1980s. She was an avid bingo player and loved to shop at Kohl's.
