SOUTH BEND - Dorothy T. Golomb, 94, of Florida and formerly of South Bend, passed away at 7:30 pm, Thursday, December 27, 2012 in Brooksville, Florida. Dorothy was born December 9, 1918 in South Bend to the late Stanley and Mary (Burzynski) Grzadzula.

Dorothy married Stanley F. Golomb; he preceded her in death on March 21,1990.

Survivors of Dorothy include her children, Robert S. Golomb, James P. Golomb, and Terrance M. Golomb.

Dorothy was a graduate of South Bend Central High School.

She was employed with Wilson Brothers Shirt Factory from 1937-1940, and was a Crossing Guard from 1958-1964. Her greatest passion was being a housewife and a mother.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 am on Monday, January 7, 2013 in Holy Family Catholic Church. Entombment will follow at St. Joseph Cemetery Mausoleum.
