SOUTH BEND — Gail A. (Cormican) Foltz, 89, passed from here on Sunday, January 18, 2009.

She is survived by her husband; and two children, Jennie (Richard) Hess of Pueblo West, CO, and David (Kathy) Foltz of Mesa, AZ. Gail is also survived by five grandchildren, Joyce (Hess) (Robert) Estes, Richard (Sherry) Hess, Jr., Laura (Hess) (Mike) Klein, April Foltz, and Allen (Angie) Foltz.
