Jean Miller (Buchanan) Neill

WILLIAMSBURG - Jean Miller Neill, 89, of Williamsburg Landing, passed away Jan. 8, 2009.

Born in Fort Wayne, Ind., in 1919, Jean received her BA and MA in Education from the University of Michigan. Jean taught 4th grade for 20 years at Winchester Elementary School near Boston. Jean is survived by her husband, S. Kenneth Neill of Williamsburg Landing; her son, Gordon Peil of Great Falls, Va.; and Ken’s children, Katherine, William, Patricia and Pamela.

Memorial services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Friday, Jan. 30, at Williamsburg Landing.
