Harold C. Crumpacker

VALPARAISO - Harold C. Crumpacker, 82, of Valparaiso, died Wednesday, March 30, 1994. He was born July 5, 1911, in South Bend, the son of Grace and Shepard Crumpacker. A resident of Valparaiso 43 years, he worked as a structural engineer and was serving as a vice president at Pioneer Service and Engineering Co. in Chicago when he retired 19 years ago.

Surviving are his wife, Mary Crumpacker; two daughters, Margaret Crumpacker of St. Louis and Patricia Scofield of Livermore, Calif.; two grandchildren; one great-granddaughter.

Memorial services 11 a.m. Saturday at Church of the Good Shepherd, 1901 Evans Ave., Valparaiso; the Rev. David Ketchen officiating, assisted by Pastor Al Marquez of the Liberty Bible Church; in lieu of flowers, memorials to the scholarship fund at the Sangre de Cristo Seminary, Colorado; C.W. Bartholomew & Son Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
