MISHAWAKA - Frederic Hewlett Craven, 86, of Tempe, Ariz., formerly of Mishawaka, died Sunday in Friendship Village Care Center, Tempe.

Survivors include his wife, Mary L.; two daughters, Susan C. Potts of Scottsdale, Ariz. and Ann C. Yeoman of Houston; and two sons, Davis H. of West River, Md., and Thomas F of Chadds Ford, Pa.

Memorial services will be at 4 p.m. Saturday in the Presbyterian Church, Scottsdale. Friends may call from 7 to 9 p.m. Friday in Friendshp Village Convocation Room, Tempe. Green Acres Mortuary, Scottsdale, is handling arrangements
