Frances B. (Spitler) Barham

SOUTH BEND - Memorial services for Frances Berniece (Spitler) Barham, 84, of Riverside, Calif., formerly of South Bend, who died Sunday in Riverside Community Hospital were held Wednesday in the Air Force Village West Retirement Community, Riverside. Cremation has taken place. Memorial contributions may be the Salvation Army.

Mrs. Barham was a secretary for the Prohibition Office in South Bend for two years. She was born Aug. 30, 1910, in rural Plymouth.

On Dec. 15, 1937, in San Diego, she married John Thomas Barham. He survives with two daughters, Brenda Marie Barham Claremont, Calif., and Janice May Greer of Tacoma, Wash.; two grandchildren; and a sister, Helen Baum of South Bend.
