William Cholis. 65. of Lexington. Ky., formerly of South Bend, died Monday at Lexington. He was born in 1911 in South Bend.

Surviving are his wife, the former Rose Donnelly: a daughter, Mrs. Penny Kleespies of Boston, a son, John of Anderson; two grandchildren: two sisters. Mrs. Stacie Fausch and Miss Georgia Cholis. and three brothers, Nicholas, Gustave and Alexis, all of South Bend.

Services were to be held today in the Whitehall Funeral Home in Lexington. Private burial services will be Friday in Highland Cemetery. South Bend. The Hickey Funeral Home is in charge of local arrangements
