Samuel Moller, 52, of 903 E. LaSalle Ave., an insurance salesman for the Ewer Spalding Agency, Odd Fellows Bldg., died 6:05 p.m. Monday in St. Joseph's, Hospital, where. he was admitted an hour and a half earlier. Death was attributed to an apparent heart attack.

He was born on Aug. 14, 1912, in South Bend, and was a lifetime resident here.

On March 23, 1946, in LaPorte, he married Eva Thorngren, who survives. Also surviving are his mother, Mrs. Esther Moller, of San Marino, Calif.; two daughters, Sheila Ann and Sandra Lee, both at home; two brothers, Carl and Donald, both New York City, and two sisters, Mrs. Frank B. Tannehill of San Marino and Mrs. Katheryn MacLean of Detroit.

Friends may call after noon. Wednesday the Welsheimer Funeral Home, where services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Thursday. Rev. Clair D. Siple, pastor of St. Paul's Memorial Methodist Church, will officiate and interment will be in St. Joseph Valley Memorial Park.

A veteran of World War II, Mr. Moller was member of St. Paul's Church; South Bend Lodge 294, F&AM; Scottish Rite Bodies, Valley of South Bend, of which he was the recipient of the meritorious servaward; Orak Shrine of Hammond and White Shrine of Jerusalem.

Contributions may be made to the Masonic Home, Franklin, Ind.
