SOUTH BEND - Harriet M. Karpinski, 86, of the Ironwood Health and Rehabilitation Center, died Thursday in the care center.

Survivors include a sister, Lilian Lewicki of Atlanta, Ga.; and a brother, Edwin Karpinski of South Bend.

Memorial services will be at 10 a.m. Friday in St. Hedwig Catholic Church. There will be no visitation. The St. Joseph Funeral Home is handling arrangements
