Ted T. Banacka

Ted T. Banacka, 66, 1906 F. Irvington, died at 8 a.m. today in his home after a long illness. He was a retired employe of Wheelabrator-Frye. Inc.. He was born on March 30. 1912. in South Bend where he lived all his life.

On June 21. 1947. he married Gwen McCallister, who survives. along with two daughters. Mrs. Bonnie Grundtner of South Bend and Mrs. Marsha Oswalt of Edwardsburg; two sons. Ted R. of Mishawaka and Steven of Indianapolis; nine grandchildren; a great-grandchild: two sisters, Mrs. Marian Helenburg of Mishawaka and Mrs. Betty Brinkman of South Bend. and three brothers, James and Bobby of South Bend, and Charles of Osceola.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday in the Hollis- Funeral Home, 2528 Mishawaka. Burial will be in St. Joseph Valley Memorial Park, Granger. Friends may call from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday in the funeral home.
