Fanny Grunwald

Fanny Grunwald, 89, of 227 S. Francis St., died at 10:35 p.m. Thursday in Meridian Health CareCardinal. Miss Grunwald retired from Associates Investment Co. after 23 years of service.

She was born July 31, 1897, in Indianapolis, and lived in South Bend most of her life, coming from Indianapolis. She is survived by a sister, Goldie Grunwald of South Bend.

Services will be at 1 p.m. Sunday in Forest G. Hay Funeral Home, 435 S. Ironwood Drive. Burial will be in Hebrew Orthodox Cemetery. There will be no visitation.

She was a member of Temple Beth-El. Memorial contributions may be made to any charity.
