Howard E. Snoke

SNOKE - Memorial services for Howard E. Snoke, 69, of Vallejo, Calif., formerly of South Bend, were held Sept. 2 in the First Presbyterian Church, Vallejo. Snoke died Aug. 30 in Vallejo.

He had moved from South Bend about 30 years ago. He was employed by Sears, Roebuck and Co. here and retired from Sears, Roebuck and Co., Vallejo, in 1970. A memorial fund has been established in his name for the Valejo Symphony Association, of which he was president at the time of his death.

Snoke is survived by his wife, Helen Minard Snoke; a son, James of Rescue, Calif.; two grandchildren; a sister, Mrs. Dorothy Bednar of Camarillo, Calif.; and a brother, David of Cranston, R.I.
