Myron B. Deepe, 74, of 19816 Pulling, died at 12:25 p.m. Sunday in his home. He was the owner of Deepe Cut-rate Drug and Sundry Store.
He was born March 1, 1908, in Defiance County, Ohio, and lived in South Bend for 62 years, coming from Ohio. On May 27, 1944, in South Bend, he married Beulah Pugh. She survives along with five daughters, Mrs. Rosemary Pinkston of Weatherly Lake, Mo., Mrs. Barbara Wallace of Thompson, Ga., Mrs. Charlotte Bollinger of Wurtsmith Air Force Base, Mich., Mrs. Myra Perkins of Tampa, Fla., and Mrs. Rebecca Neese of South Bend; two sons, Ronald Deepe of Missouri and David Deepe of South Bend; 17 grandchildren; a great-grandchild; and two sisters, Mrs. Frieda Krause of Minneapolis, Minn., and Mrs. Thora Ritter of Mishawaka.
Services were to be held at 2 p.m. today in Guisinger Colonial Chapel with Rev. Jack Duff, pastor of South Side Church of God, officiating. Burial in Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens, Granger. Memorial contributions may be made to the Council for the Retarded at Logan Center.
