SOUTH BEND Esther L. Darr, 87, of Ironwood Health & Rehabilitation Center, died at 8:40 p.m. Monday in the nursing home.

Survivors include a son, Ned of Portland, Maine; and three sisters, Ruth Jacobson of South Bend, Barbara Oliver of Cincinnati and Marian Rowley of Port Angeles, Wash.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday in Hollis-Orvis-Palmer Funeral Home, where friends may call an hour before services
