Lowell R. Mast

Lowell R. Mast, 78, Lake Pine Road, Leesburg, died Thursday. Born in Howard County, Ind., he moved to Leesburg from Fairport, N.Y., in 1974. He was a retired electrical engineer and was a Methodist. He was a member of the Lions Club.

Survivors: wife, Phoebe; sons, Robert, Clearwater, Lyle Jr., Webster, N.Y.; daughter, Mrs. Sharon Rouell, Tempe, Ariz.; brother, Cedric, Tavares; 10 grandchildren; five great-grandchildren.
