Joseph Theodore Golabowski

Services for Joseph T. Golabowski. 66. a former South Bend resident who died Saturday, May 25, in Springfield, Ill., will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday in the Catholic Church of the Little Flower in Springfield. Rev. Henry F. Kozak, pastor. will officiate.

Mr. Golabowski was born in South Bend on Oct. 25, 1907. and lived here until his graduation from the University of Notre Dame in 1931, when he took a position with the Department of the Interior of the State of Illinois. He was a partner in the architectural firm of Galabowski. Spinney and Cody i in Springfield and was the designer of the Little Flower Church. He was a member of the American Institute of Architects, the Rotary Club. the Elks Club and the Oakcrest Country Club, of which he was past president.

On Sept. 30, 1950, he married Catherine M. Fagan, who survives. Also surviving are his mother, Mrs. Roman Golabowski of South Bend; two brothers, Ervin and Roman Jr., both of South Bend; four sisters, Sister Antoinette of Our Lady of Victory Missionary Sisters, East Chicago, Clara Golabowski and Mrs. Helen Paulk, both of South Bend, and Mrs. Marie Spinney of Springfield.
