Kenneth D. Tohulka

Kenneth D. Tohulka, 76, formerly of South Bend, died in Fond du Lac, Wis., at 11 p.m. Monday after an extended illness. He was a retired registered pharmacist at St. Agnes Hospital in Fond du Lac, and previously with Squibb Pharmaceutical Co.
He was born on July 7, 1906, in South Bend and lived here about 40 years before moving to Wisconsin.
In the summer of 1931 he married Catherine Curtin, who survives, along with three daughters, Miss Jean Ann Tohulka of Fond du Lac, Mrs. Eileen Dunn of Kenosha, Wis., and Mrs. Patricia Dovee of Niagara, Wis.; two sons, Kenneth Jr. of Stevens Point, Wis., and Robert of South Milwaukee, Wis.; 10 grandchildren; a sister, Miss Edna Tohulka of South Bend; and a brother Randall of South Bend.
Services will be held at 8:30 a.m. Thursday at St. Patrick's Church in Fond du Lac. Friends may call from 6 to 9 p.m. today at the Zacherl Funeral Home there. Committal services will be held p.m. Thursday at South Bend's Highland Cemetery mausoleum, with Rev. Ronald Raab, C.S.C., deacon of St. Joseph Catholic Church, officiating. The McGann Funeral Home is in charge of local arrangements.
He was a 1931 graduate of the University of Notre Dame and a member of the Fond du Lac Knights of Columbus.
