Funeral services for Harold W. Grant, 65,of 3638 Glenridge Lane, Sarasota, Fla., a former Decatur resident, will be held at 1:30 p.m. Friday at the Zwick funeral home. Burial will be in the Decatur cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home after 2 p.m. Thursday.

Mr. Grant was married to the former Rosemary Holthouse of Decatur and she survives. Mr. and Mrs. Grant resided in Florida for the past 18 years.

Mr. Grant was an insurance agent with the Earl Edge Insurance agency in Venice, Fla. He was a former insurance agent for the Leland Smith Insurance agency in Fort Wayne and resided in Fort Wayne during that time.

Mr. Grant, who died unexpectedly Sunday at 6 p.m. in the Sarasota memorial hospital was born in Bourbon, Ind., on August 26, 1907, the son of Everett and Margaret Hatfield-Grant. He married the former Rosemary Holthouse of Decatur, and she survives.

Also surviving are two sons, Donald E. Grant of Kokomo, and Lt. Col. Kenneth Grant of Scott Air Force Base, Bellville, Ill.; one sister, Mrs. Edith King of Farmington, Mich.; three brothers, Federal Judge Robert A. Grant of South Bend; Rolland Grant, also of South Bend, and Jonas Grant of Aurora, Ill., and eight grandchildren.
