Marjorie Charlotte (Blakeman) Spink

Marjorie Spink, 69, of 1129 Orchard Lane, St. Joseph, died at 1:59 a.m. today at Memorial Hospital, St. Joseph. She was the wife of Robert Spink, an electrical engineer.

Mrs. Spink was born Oct. 29, 1908, in South Bend, and came to this area in 1940 from South Bend.

She was a member of First Congregational United Church of Christ, St. Joseph, Women's Club of the church, Benton Harbor-St. Joseph Branch of American Association of University Women.

Surviving besides her husband are two daughters, Mrs. Daniel (Barbara) Yoder, Mark Center, Ohio, Miss Mary Kay Spink, London, England; three grandchildren; one great-grandchild; a sister, Mrs. D. Rex (Elizabeth Ann) Heckman, Benicia, Calif.

Funeral arrangements were incomplete this forenoon at the Dey Funeral Home. Calling and visitation will be announced Wednesday. Memorials may be made to the church.
