WOJTASIK - Services for Mitchell C. Wojtasik, 59, of Long Beach, Calif., formerly of South Bend, who died Tuesday, were to be held today in the Church of Our Father Chapel at Forest Lawn Cemetery, Cypress, Calif. The Dilday Family Mortuary, Long Beach, was in charge of arrangements.

Wojtasik was born on March 4, 1917, in Detroit and had lived in South Bend until 1952 when he moved to California.

Surviving a are his widow, Luella; a daughter, Mrs. Susan Vincent of Pittsfield, Mass.; two brothers, Bert of South Bend and Ernest of Los Alamitos, Calif., and two sisters, Mrs. Kate Kozak and Mrs. Loretta Radecki, both of South Bend.

Wojtasik had been employed by the Metropolitan Insurance Co. while in South Bend and had been working for the State Farm Insurance Co.

He was a World War II veteran
