LaDean Jean (Sieczko) Marciniak

La Dean Jean Marciniak, 54, of 1306 W. Jefferson Blvd., died at 9:30 p.m. Saturday in St. Joseph Hospital after an illness of three weeks. She was born Nov. 13, 1918, in Dowagiac, and came to South Bend in 1932.

On May 24, 1941, as La Dean Jean Sieczko, she was married to Dominic Marciniak, who survives. Also surviving are five brothers, Stanley, John, Henry, and Joseph Sieczko, all of South Bend, and Theodore Sieczko of Niles.

Friends may call from 7 to 9 p.m. today and 2 to 9 p.m. Tuesday in Kaniewski and Sons Funeral Home. Services will be.at 10 a.m. Wednesday in St. Stanislaus Catholic Church.
