Dorothy V. (Saboski) Zmyslo

March 26, 1918 - Sept. 19, 2002

Dorothy V. Zmyslo, age 84, of Sylvan Lane, passed away at 6:15 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 19, 2002 in her residence.

She was born on March 26, 1918, in South Bend to Edward and Blanche (Szulczewski) Saboski who preceded her in death on April 11, 1982. Also deceased are her two sisters and one brother, Lucile Plaut, Albert Saboski, and Loretta Banicki.

Dorothy is survived by a daughter, Kathleen (Joseph) Menting of South Bend. Also surviving are two grandchildren; Amy Palmer of South Bend, Matthew (Mary) Colglazier of Buchanan, Mich., and five great grandchildren, Sara, Julian, and Selena Palmer, Dylan and Mason Colglazier.

Dorothy was a homemaker, lived in South Bend all her life and belonged to Holy Family Rosary Sodality.

Visitation will be on Sunday, Sept. 22, 2002, from 2 to 8, at ST. JOSEPH FUNERAL HOME, 824 S. Mayflower Road, South Bend. A rosary will be said at 5 p.m. Funeral services will be at Holy Family Catholic Church with entombment to follow at St. Joseph Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, family requests memorial contributions be made to Hospice of St. Joseph County
