Florian "Floyd" Keresztes

Floyd Keresztes, 52, of 19289 Greenacre Ave., was dead on arrival at 12:52 p.m. Thursday at St. Joseph's Hospital after a brief illness. He. was a tool and die maker at American Tool & Die Inc.

Born Nov. 20, 1918 in South Bend, he married Katherine Balasa on May 1, 1943. She survives, along with two sons, Gerald W. and Paul F., both at home; two daughters, Mrs. Katherine Niedbalski of South Bend and Miss Donna Lynn Keresztes, at home; a granddaughter, and a brother, Robert, of South Bend.

Friends may call after 7 p.m. Saturday and after 2 p.m. Sunday in the Hickey Funeral Home, 2702 Lincoln Way W. Services will be held at 10 a.m. Monday in Christ the King Catholic Church with Rev. Stanley Rdzok, C.S.C., pastor, officiating. Burial will be in Highland Cemetery.

Mr. Keresztes was a World War II veteran.
