Genevieve Turnock Kaczmarek, 65, Indianapolis, died Tuesday in St. Vincent Hospital. Born at South Bend, she lived in Indianapolis 31 years. She was a secretary at Detroit Diesel Allison Division of General Motors Corp. and was a member of St. Michael's Catholic Church at South Bend.

Services will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday in St. Joseph's Catholic Church at South Bend. Friends may call from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. and 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. in McGann Funeral Home at South Bend.

Survivors include her husband, Jerome Kaczmarek
