SYRACUSE - Lyda Ketering, 74, of 601 S. Huntington St., 4:50 a.m. today in Goshen General Hospital.

Mrs. Ketering was a retired secretary from Bendix Corp., South Bend. She was born Sept. 16, 1916, in Kenmore, N.D. She moved to Syracuse in 1962 from South Bend.

In 1960, she married Everett Ketering, He survives with three stepdaughters, Jean Koher and Joan Stoeiting, both of Syracuse, and Nancy Olivaris of San Antonio, Texas; 14 step four greatgrandchildren; a sister, Frances Beuhler of South Bend; and two brother, Alex and John Toth, both of South Bend..

Private graveside services will be Thursday in Syracuse Cemetery. There will be no visitation. EastlundHarris Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements
